Facility Rentals

For Registered Organizations

If you're from a registered organization, you must complete a Facility Rental Request Form (pdf), and receive approval from the RSO Office (Illini Union), and return it to CRCE Member Services for processing.

For Non-Student Groups

In "off hours" we can make our facilities available to schools, departments, community groups and organizations for virtually any type of event. Here are some of the events we have hosted:

• post prom parties
• post graduation events
• senior day activities
• community social events
• church socials
• homecoming events
• lock-ins
• tournaments

We have a variety of sports equipment that is available for rent for almost any event. Additional staff can also be added to provide programming at an additional cost.

How To Make A Rental Request

Download the Facility Rental Request (MS Excel), complete it, and return to CRCE at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested date(s) to be considered.
