Concentration on alignment relieves these stresses and promotes health. (2) Props. The use of props allows for better alignment and makes Iyengar yoga accessible to everyone no matter what your current condition or age. You do not have to be flexible or in shape to enjoy class. (3) Teaching method. Instruction is clear and easy to understand. These elements, unique to Iyengar yoga, make yoga available to all ages, beginners and experienced practioners. Classes will help build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, and lead to a better sense of well-being. - Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a practice that connects breath with movement. We will start the class by learning each posture (asana) individually; then connect the postures in rhythm with your breath. Together we will explore the balance between stillness and movement, the balance between effort and relaxation, balancing the energies of mind and body.
