Intramural Registration
There is a 2-Day Registration Period for all Intramural leagues and tournaments. To secure a time slot, captains are urged to sign up their teams early and follow the following procedure:
- Obtain an entry form and info sheet online or pick them up at CRCE Member Services. Online info sheets are available on the Intramural Activities home page.
- Complete your entry form. This must be legible and filled out completely. If we cannot read your entry form it will not be processed and we will discard it. You can pay using three different methods:
- Student Account: The preferred method is by using your I-card number and having the fee charged to your student account.
- Credit Card: Check the card type you are using and write your card number and expiration date on the required line. Finally, sign right below.
- Check: Fill out your check and staple it to your entry form.
- Pick a division. Read your info sheet and see what divisions are being offered. Then choose the appropriate division. If you choose something that is not offered we will just put you in the next available division, so please read carefully.
- Pick your day. Read your info sheet and see what days and times are being offered. Then check your first and second choice of day you want to play.
- Fill out the captain and co-captain information completely. Without this information your entry form will be rejected. If this information is falsified we will drop your team from the league and charged you the appropriate forfeit fee.
- Finally, turn your entry form in to CRCE Member Services during registration times.
