Membership Fees

You can purchase your membership at CRCE Member Services during facility hours. Just bring your i-card or appropriate materials (see policies & procedures). You can pay with cash, check, credit card or use payroll deduction (see below).

Student, Faculty, Staff, Retiree, Adult Dependent, Recent Grad, Allied Organization Employee Memberships, and OLLI Scholars

  • All Year: $312 (August 1, 2007-August 17, 2008)
  • Payroll Deduction Option*: $26/month (effective August 1, 2007)
  • Fall 2007 Semester: $162 (August 1, 2007-January 1, 2008)
  • Fall 2007 Mid-Semester: $105 (October 15, 2007-January 15, 2008)
  • Spring 2008 Semester: $162 (December 15, 2007-May 15, 2008)
  • Spring 2008 Mid-Semester: $105 (February 15-May 15, 2008)
  • Summer 2008 Semester: $105 (May 1-August 22, 2008)
  • Summer II 2008 Semester: $70 (June 9-August 22, 2008)

* Requires a six-month minimum contract starting August 1.

Notes

  • Spouse/partners, or persons in this category, can purchase a Campus Rec membership at the above costs.
  • Graduates of the U of I may purchase a Campus Rec membership at the above costs for up to one year following graduation.
  • Members may sponsor five guests daily at a $8/guest fee and sponsor one person as an Associate member.

  • Fall 2007 Semester*: $81 (August 1, 2007-January 1, 2008)

  • Spring 2008 Mid-Semester*: $53 (February 15-May 15, 2008)
  • Summer 2008 Semester**: $79 (May 1-August 22, 2008)

Notes

  • Children's memberships are valid at CRCE: only during Children's Hours during the regular academic year; at all facility hours during University Break periods and Summer sessions. At all other times, children may use IMPE East Wing or CRCE only with a sponsoring adult and purchase of a daily guest pass.
  • Children 3 and under are free only during Children's Hours.
  • Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who has purchased a Campus Rec membership.

  • Fall 2007 Semester: $227 (August 1, 2007-January 1, 2008)
  • Fall 2007 Mid-Semester: $142 (October 15, 2007-January 15, 2008)
  • Spring 2008 Semester: $227 (December 15, 2007-May 15, 2008)
  • Spring 2008 Mid-Semester: $142 (February 15-May 15, 2008)
  • Summer 2008 Semester: $142 (May 1-August 22, 2008)
  • Summer II 2008 Semester: $95 (June 9-August 22, 2008)

Notes

  • Alumni/Associate members are not eligible to sponsor additional Campus Rec members.
  • The sponsor need not accompany the Associate member when the Associate uses the facilities, but the sponsor must be a Campus Rec member.

Payroll Deduction

Faculty and staff can pay for their continuous membership through payroll deduction. Download the appropriate form below, complete, and return to CRCE Member Services or fax to (217) 265-9817.
