Some people are very good at organizing; others of us would rather get a splinter. DW tries to help you take the bite out of organization by providing you with several helpers.

Assets
The Assets panel helps you to organize most things connected to your site: images, colors, links, multimedia, scripts and more. It also allows you to edit, delete, insert and apply your assets when open. It also allows you to copy assets from other sites.

Libraries
The library is great for storing content that you may use often into grab-able chunks so that you don't have to recreate or retype it every time. And even better, you can update this 'chunk' and the library updates all the pages that are linked to it!
• in the Assets panel, click the library button (last button) > select the part of the document you want to save (text, image or whatever; must have opening and closing tags included); drag to the library list;
• click New Library Item button > Modify > Library > Add Object.
